Privacy Policy

Great Goals (or “we” or “us” or “our”) takes the privacy of your information seriously. When you (i.e., the user of our site) visit our websites or any other platforms, mobile apps, online portals associated with it (collectively referred to as “site”), we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, when you fill a form, register with us or attempt to make a purchase through the site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any requests placed through the site (including processing your payment information, arranging for a trial class, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Service Providers: We may share your Data with Service Providers. Examples include storing and analyzing Data, protecting and securing our systems, providing search results and links, providing customer service, credit analysis, processing your information for profiling, user analysis and payment processing. These Service Providers will be required to only process Data in accordance with express instructions and as necessary to perform services for purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy. The Service Providers will also be required to safeguard the security and confidentiality of the Data they process by implementing appropriate technical and organizational security measures and confidentiality obligations binding employees accessing Data.

  • Protecting Great Goals: We may release Data when we believe release is appropriate to comply with applicable law or legal process, enforce or apply the Terms of Use of our site and other agreements, protect Great Goals against harm or financial loss, when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect individuals’ vital interests, or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity.
