We offer this website or any other platforms, mobile apps, online portals associated with it (collectively referred to as “site”) or any other product or services offered on this website, which is owned and operated by us to you (i.e., the user of our site) is conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated herein below.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing any product or service from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.
You shall not use our products/services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor you shall use our products/services to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Section 2: General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your information (not including credit card or any payment information), may be unencrypted and transferred and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the site, use or access to the site or any contact on the site through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Section 3: Age Requirements
We understand that minors may visit our website. We advise all users under the age of 18 to consult their legal guardians or parents before using the website. Children below the age of 18 who are requesting for any Great Goals program shall only use the website for registration in the supervision of their parents/ guardian and shall not use the website for any other purpose.
Section 4: Products and Services
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit registrations that, in our sole judgment, appear to be unsafe, fraudulent or unsuitable for our programs. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products and services or pricing of the same are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any service at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected. These products or services may have limited quantities and maybe subject to cancellation according to our Cancellation/Refund Policy.

a. Our website may include a contact form where you can provide your personal information, such as your name, email address, and phone number, to express interest in our services.
b. By submitting the form, you give us consent to use your personal data to contact you via phone or email to provide further information about our academy, arrange trial classes, and discuss our services.
c. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Section 6: Trial Classes & Enrolment to Programs
a. Upon contacting us, we may offer trial classes to interested individuals. The purpose of the trial classes is to allow participants to experience our training methodology and evaluate their interest in joining the academy.
b. Participating in trial classes does not obligate you to enrol in our academy, and the academy is not obligated to offer a place in the program.
c. Great Goals will evaluate each interested candidate and offer suitable programs based on availability of spots at each Great Goals location.
d. We reserve the right to refuse any order/ trial class / registration you place with us. All registrations are subject to availability per age group and location. In the event that we make a change to or cancel a inquiry/ trial class, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or phone number provided via the contact form. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit registrations to our programs that, in our sole judgment, appear to be unsafe, fraudulent or unsuitable for our community. Admittance for children to enrol in Great Goals Programs are at the sole discretion of Great Goals.
d. Great Goals classes normally run in sessions/ terms which are typically for 3 months. All new registrations will be handled offline as part of the 'enrolment process' under guidance of the Great Goals Administrative team in accordance with our policies.
e. Once enrolled into Great Goals Programs, children and parents will have to abide by the Service Policies set forth by Great Goals in our Policy handbook. These will be clearly explained and shared as part of the enrolment process.
Section 7: Payments
a. Our website does not process payments online. If you decide to enroll in our academy after the trial classes, payment arrangements will be discussed and finalized separately.
b. Great Goals reserves the right to determine the fees, payment schedules, and payment methods applicable to its services. These details will be communicated to you during the enrolment process.
Section 8: Re-registration
Great Goals classes normally run in sessions/ terms which are typically for 3 months. Re-registration is required for every new term. All Great Goals players re-register through our online registration process, which is accessible through the Great Goals website. Every registered player gets a unique registration number. Returning players re-register on the Great Goals website using the registration number.
Great Goals normally has a scheduled break at the end of every session and new session dates will be announced in advance for re-registration. We have a limited period of exclusive re- registration for returning players, before it is open to new registrants. A player is registered in a particular location and class. We encourage children to play at the same location on all playing days. However, we understand that there are competing schedules. Great Goals will approve a child to play across locations based on availability.
Section 9: Cancellations, Refunds & Fee Credit
There will be no refund of fees once the session begins, even if a child discontinues during the season. There will also be no refund of fees for class cancellations due to severe external conditions such as weather, pandemics or other or other events of citywide, nationwide, international importance.
In the event of government mandated lockdowns and shutdowns that cause the cessation of sporting activities for 15 days or longer, Great Goals will offer on-line classes in lieu of field classes. If you do not choose to avail the on-line session, Great Goals will hold only 50% of the fee amount in credit. When on-field classes resume the fee credit will have to be used up within the time frame stipulated by Great Goals.
Great Goals reserves the right to cancel a program at a particular venue if there are not enough children registered in it. In such cases, we will offer other options, or offer a refund.

Section 10: Accuracy of Contact Information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate contact information for all purchases/ registrations / bookings made with Great Goals. You agree to promptly update us with any change in contact information, including your email address and phone numbers, so that we can contact you as needed.
We reserve the right to refuse any order/ trial class / registration you place with us. All registrations are subject to availability per age group and location. In the event that we make a change to or cancel a registration/ trial class, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/phone number provided at the time the registration was made. If the contact information provided is wrong, we are not liable for being unable to get in touch.
Section 11: Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on the site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on the site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information may not be current and provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of the site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.

Your concerns, if found to be genuine, will be investigated thoroughly to check whether there has been a breach of our community content standards and/or these Terms of Use, may be removed or blocked at our discretion.

e. You may link to our Website, in compliance with the law and ensure that it does not damage Great Goals reputation. We reserve the right to withdraw the permission to link to the Website without prior notice.

You agree that Great Goals has no responsibility and is not liable for: (a) the unavailability of the Website; (b) any loss of materials, data, transactions or any other information or materials caused by such system outages; (c) the resultant delay, mis-delivery, or non-delivery of data, transactions or any other information or materials caused by such system outages; or (d) any outages caused by any third parties, including without limitation, any companies or servers hosting the Website, any Internet service providers, or any Internet facility or network.

Great Goals shall not be held liable for any delay in the performance or non-performance of any of our obligations hereunder and shall not be liable for any loss or damages caused thereby where the same is occasioned by any cause whatsoever that is beyond our control including but not limited to an act of God, war, civil disturbance, governmental or parliamentary restrictions, prohibitions or enactments of any kind, import or export regulations, exchange control regulations or accident or non-availability/ delay in transport.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
